  • Miranda H.

    (She/her/hers)

    Owner, BCBA, LBA

    Miranda has over 10 years of experience working with neurodiverse and neurotypical clients. She has supported students in home, community, center, school, and virtual settings.

    Miranda has worked professionally with ages one to twenty-two. She has experience working in both English and Spanish. She studied Speech and Hearing Sciences through the University of Washington and earned her Masters in Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.

    She is passionate about teaching self-advocacy skills to her clients. Miranda continually strives to gain assent from her clients via respect for assent withdrawal, individualized programming, and breaking skills down into smaller units.

    She lives with her husband, two energetic boys, and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys quality time with friends and family.

    Behavior Technician

    With two years of hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Jojo brings compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to learner-centered support. As a behavior technician, they specialize in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, fostering meaningful skill development, and promoting autonomy.

    Jojo is passionate about creating affirming, inclusive environments where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. They excel at building trusting relationships and adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each learner. Their approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep respect for neurodiversity.

    Outside of sessions, Jojo continues to expand their knowledge through ongoing professional development and collaborative teamwork. They are proud to be part of a community that values growth, integrity, and person-first care.
